Dave serves as our Lead  Pastor.
​ He's the guy to see if you have questions about finding your place at Encounter.

​Pastor Dave was a part of the launch team when Jared and Leah Gregory started Encounter. Before taking over as the Lead Pastor,  Dave served as the Connections Pastor at Encounter. 

Dave and Candi have been married for 29 years.  They have two children, Hannah and Taylor. The entire Cussen clan has a huge heart for helping families connect with one another and Christ more fully.  In their spare time they love to read great books, tell funny stories, go on adventures and laugh together.
